Working with AI: The Company of the Future (Part I) Artificial intelligence has the power to transform companies by offering new sources of advantage and innovative business models. Through an engaging mix of learning methodologies, including dynamic group discussions, interactive class lectures and the case method, in this workshop participants will expand their understanding of AI implications in the HR functions and also from an organizational standpoint. They will explore how AI shapes different and new roles, reskilling and training needs, identifying essential human, organizational, and technological capabilities, as well as senior decision making processes and other challenges and strategic benefits. Academic material and pre-readings will be sent two weeks before the start date to lay a theoretical foundation as well as to maximize the workshop learnings and goals. |
