What is
the purpose of the processing?
Your personal data will be
processed for the following purpose:
To manage your participation in the Conference "Boards of Directors and Corporate Strategy in an Uncertain Context" , which involves sharing some of your registration data (name, family name, company and position) with the conference speakers (so they understand better their audience) and send you information about the conference. In this case, the communication of your personal data is a necessary requirement to participate in the Conference, so if you do not provide your data for this purpose, we will not be able to manage your participation.
Under no circumstances will
automated individual decision-making techniques be used, nor will profiles be
created based on the information provided by the data subject.

the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data lies on the express consent given by you to the processing of your personal data [articles 6.1.a) RGPD and 6 LOPDGDD].

will be the recipient of your personal data?
Your personal data will only be transferred to the controller for the fulfilment of the above purpose, unless they also have to be transferred to third parties for the fulfilment of a legal obligation.
