Verbideas multi-arena Pilot 2026 is addressed to company leadership teams facing complexity, overload, stalled value creation, transformation pressure, dispersed innovation, weak collaboration, or the need to improve focus, execution and results. Each company will work on its own Decision Arena, moving from reality to value and from value to execution, with strict confidentiality and separate company work.

Company-specific information, documents, challenges, data and outputs will be kept separate and confidential, and will not be shared with other participating companies unless expressly authorized by the relevant company.
