Who are the Co-Controllers of the Data?

 With regard to Purpose 3, you may give your consent separately to the Naturgy Foundation or IESE Business School (University of Navarra) or to both co-controllers. Each is therefore responsible for processing your personal data individually and independently from the other, based on your consent. If you do not give your consent to one of the co-controllers, that co-controller may not process your personal data for purpose 3.

What is the purpose of processing?

1.  Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of formalizing your registration and participation in this event, organized jointly by the Naturgy Foundation and IESE Business School (University of Navarra) as part of the Energy Prospectives initiative. In this case, disclosing your personal data is a requirement for participating in this event, so that, if you do not supply these data or do not give your consent for this purpose, we will be unable to manage your participation.

2.  Likewise, as applicable, your personal data may be processed for the purpose of providing you with information on future editions of jointly organized Energy Prospectives events, including by electronic means.

3.  As applicable, your personal data may be processed by each organization under its own sole responsibility to send messages with information about its initiatives, activities, products and services, including by email.

 

Under no circumstances will automated individual decision-making techniques be used or will profiling be carried out based on the information provided by the interested party.

 If you consider that we have not processed your personal data appropriately, you may contact the relevant Data Protection Officer through the channels indicated above.

 In all cases, we inform you that, if you consider that applicable data protection regulations were infringed when your personal data were processed, you also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority [Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es)].
