What is the purpose of processing?
1. Your personal data will
be processed for the purpose of formalizing your registration and participation
in this event, organized jointly by the Naturgy Foundation and IESE Business
School (University of Navarra) as part of the Energy Prospectives initiative.
In this case, disclosing your personal data is a requirement for participating
in this event, so that, if you do not supply these data or do not give your
consent for this purpose, we will be unable to manage your participation.
2. Likewise, as
applicable, your personal data may be processed for the purpose of providing
you with information on future editions of jointly organized Energy Prospectives
events, including by electronic means.
3. As applicable, your
personal data may be processed by each organization under its own sole
responsibility to send messages with information about its initiatives,
activities, products and services, including by email.
Under no circumstances will automated individual decision-making
techniques be used or will profiling be carried out based on the information
provided by the interested party.

The legal basis for processing the personal data of the
interested party for the indicated purposes resides in the express consent of
the interested party.
We inform you that you have the right to withdraw your consent
at any time. To do so, you must follow the channels described in this document
to exercise your rights.

Your data will not be subject to international transfer.
How long will we keep your personal data?
The personal data obtained will be kept until they are no longer
necessary for the indicated purpose, until you withdraw the relevant consent or
until the end of the time period required to fulfill any legal obligation that
calls for keeping them longer.
