IESE Future Female Leaders Award
Tuesday, January 31st - Thursday, February 2nd, 2023 (3 Day Event)

Are you a young professional woman with big accomplishments and even bigger goals?

IESE Business School strives to develop leaders who will have a positive impact on people, companies and societies. We know women leaders have unique value but often face barriers. We want to help women win, because we believe that in diverse inclusive cultures where everybody is able to thrive, companies and society wins.

This year, IESE has created the Future Female Leaders Award to recognize young professional women who embody IESE’s mission, with the objective of helping them to realize their potential.

IESE will select a small number of young professional women who embody IESE’s Mission and want to develop their careers to make a positive impact in the world. Awardees will be invited to participate in IESE’s Women in Business Conference in Barcelona (Feb 1, 2023), attend networking events and career development sessions. They will receive two nights’ hotel accommodation in Barcelona and meals. Travel expenses of 500 euros will be given to awardees traveling from outside of Europe and UK. Awardees will also receive fee application waivers if they choose to apply for IESE’s full-time MBA program. While being selected for the Future Female Leaders Award does not guarantee that a candidate would be admitted to any of IESE’s programs, women who earn a GMAT score of 700+ (or the GRE equivalent) will be eligible for scholarships of at least 20,000 euros if they are admitted to the full-time MBA program.

 Who are we looking for?

Women with 2-10 year’s work experience who have demonstrated professional excellence and embody IESE’s Mission by striving to have a deep, positive and lasting impact on people, companies and society through professionalism, excellence and a spirit of service.

Regardless of whether you work in a large corporation, start up, the public sector or even an NGO, strong women leaders are needed everywhere, and IESE would like to recognize and advance women from all professional backgrounds and countries.

IESE alumni and current students are not eligible but may nominate women who meet the criteria by sharing the link and emailing their recommendation to Anna Fata at afata@iese.edu.

Applications close on December 11, 2022 at 23:59  Central European Time. Awardees will be notified by December 22 and will have until January 9 to submit proof of travel purchase to confirm their participation in the Barcelona events.

*Awardees traveling from Europe and UK will have to cover their own travel expenses. Awardees traveling from outside of Europe and UK will be reimbursed up to 500 euros for their travel expenses after the event. Reimbursement may take up to 2 months.
