MBA Open Day (Online)

Saturday, July 2 @ 4:30 CEST

How does a famous restaurant's well-designed operating system help deliver superior performance? Discover the answer to this question in the next IESE MBA Open Day, a highly interactive experience.

In this Open Day, you'll meet MBA alumni and take part in a Q&A panel, as well as experience the case method.

Together, we’ll discuss the case of Benihana of Tokyo, the iconic restaurant chain featuring Japanese-inspired cuisine. The chain was founded by Rocky Aoki, a young Japanese entrepreneur who grew the business from a single eatery in New York to a global network of restaurants. We’ll explore how a well-designed operating system fits into the competitive strategy of a business and helps to deliver superior performance.

WHAT'S NEEDED?

To ensure a successful experience, participants must have a web camera, external headset, good internet connection, and a quiet environment.

Remember that space is limited so please check your fit with our MBA program before registering. If you still have doubts, don't hesitate to reach out to the Associate Director responsible for your region.
