IESE’s 8th Executive Coaching Symposium, organized by the school’s Executive Coaching Unit, will be held in-person on the Barcelona campus on April 26, 2024 and explore diversity and belonging.

What do we mean in coaching when we talk about a "different" client? What do we mean when we say that a company is "special"? What is the integration between these concepts and dignity, diversity, and belonging?
