Face to face event: Free
Join us on Tuesday, June 9 at IESE’s Munich campus for a conversation at the intersection of motorsport, innovation and the future of the global sports industry.
In recent years, motorsport has evolved into one of the most powerful global platforms for branding, technological innovation and strategic partnerships. Events such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans bring together not only world-class racing teams but also some of the most influential companies in the world, including automotive manufacturers, energy companies, technology partners and global consumer brands.
For original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), motorsport is far more than competition on the track. It serves as a laboratory for innovation, a stage for global brand storytelling and, increasingly, a platform for strategic alliances. Companies are collaborating across industries—from mobility and energy to fashion and digital media—to reach new audiences and help shape the future of performance and sustainability.
At the same time, the sports industry is undergoing a profound transformation. New media channels, data-driven fan engagement, sustainability challenges and global partnerships are redefining how sports organizations create value and connect with their audiences.
In response to these developments, IESE Business School has recently launched the Center for Sports Management, an initiative dedicated to research, executive education and industry dialogue at the intersection of leadership, strategy and the global sports industry.
The Center aims to bring together executives, entrepreneurs and academics to explore how sports organizations and their partners can build sustainable business models, develop innovative marketing strategies and strengthen governance in one of today’s most dynamic industries.
We look forward to welcoming you in Munich.
