German Loewe
IESE Professor/Academic Director School of Founders
German Loewe started his collaboration with the Managerial Decision Sciences department at IESE in 2009, and is now Senior Lecturer of Decision Analysis in the MBA program. He is also the co-Academic Director for the School of Founders. Before 2009 he held Associate Professor positions at both University of Barcelona and University Pompeu Fabra, where he taught mathematics, decision theory and strategy for several years.
During 2000 he was visiting researcher at the Economic Learning and Social Evolution Centre (ELSE) at University College London and holds a PhD in Mathematical Economics from University of Barcelona.
Early in his career he decided to focus his research on the economic theory for individual decision making, and on the both mathematical and philosophical foundations of decision theories. His main research area is intertemporal choice.
German is also founder and CEO of Netquest, a company specialized in online sampling technologies and digital behavioural data. With respondent panels in 23 countries, and after acquiring the dutch tec company Wakoopa, Netquest has become the pioneer in digital behavioural data in the market research industry. Since 2016 Netquest is part of the GfK group.

Sebastian Ross is the Director of
the IESE Business School in Barcelona, where he designs programs and lectures
on topics around Leadership, People Management, Culture and Conscious Business.
Sebastian started his career as an entrepreneur in the technology space and
later as a partner in a venture capital firm. In recent years, Sebastian held
leadership roles as CEO, other C-level and Board level positions with several
European and US scaleups.
Sebastian is together with Verne
Harnish author of the book Scaling Up Compensation – Five
Design Principles for Turning Your Largest Expense into a Strategic Advantage, and
also
contributed three chapters to the international bestseller Scaling Up by Verne
Harnish (over 500.000 copies sold). Sebastian co-founded the Spanish
chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and was a board member for many
years.
He co-founded the Spanish Conscious Capitalism chapter and is currently
the President of the Spanish Conscious Capitalism Foundation. Sebastian received a Ph.D. and an
MBA from the University of Cologne, a Master of International Business
Administration from ESADE Business School in Barcelona. He participated in the
Entrepreneurial Master Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
(MIT). He is also an elected member of the Royal European Academy of Doctors.

Konrad Kwiatkowski has over 20 years of experience in business management, coaching, mentoring and strategic consulting.
Experience in international companies in Poland and abroad, including Orange. Managing Director and President of the Board at Centrum Wina, Winezja.pl, Toyota and Amrest.
His exposure to startup/founder ecosystems includes founding startups such as Helpzy.com, Service Track. He has participated in international incubation programmes such as YCombinator and Google.
A graduate of IESE Business School (AMP Warsaw 2015), London School of Economics (MSc in Political Economy), and Leon Koźmiński Academy (Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Coaching).
He currently works as a coach, mentor and strategic advisor to boards of companies in various sectors, supporting organisations focused on dynamic development and business scaling in repeatable models.

Ron Fridman is the CEO and Co-founder of Mawi - is a digital health
company that creates wearable medical devices and technology to diagnose
and monitor cardiac diseases. Mawi is a MedTech company that
revolutionizes the way we diagnose, monitor, and prevent the three largest
causes of death in the world: heart failure, heart attacks, and strokes. It
creates advanced wearables and smart analytics software. Recognized as the “Forbes 30 Under 30”, Ron has demonstrated strong
leadership experience with building teams, developing talents, and
successfully growing, and managing strategic partnerships with Healthcare
providers, Health systems, and Payers.
Ron has a number of investments and advisory and supervisory board
member positions in healthcare organizations such as Nova Poliklinika (a
chain of 7 private Family Medicine Clinics in Ukraine), Israel Startup VC
fund, UdevHub (IT consulting firm with Fortune 500 clients from Insurance,
Banks and FinTech, Edtech domains). Co-founder of charity fund Kids Of
Ukraine which was set up to support Ukrainian kids suffering from russian
aggression.
He believes in giving back and is part of Singularity University, supporting
the mission of providing people access to education and healthcare for stable
economic growth. Ron has been featured in major publications and has been
a keynote speaker at numerous prestigious conferences worldwide.
