Designed for young professionals who are seeking practical knowledge on how to buy a company, to scale it and potentially exit it, participants will learn proven frameworks and tools, discuss real-world insights, and role-play critical moments in the process.

Day 1 –
Introduction to Search Funds, Entrepreneurial Acquisitions and Fundraising
Overview of the ETA landscape, and
models of entrepreneurial acquisition. Participants will reflect on personal
fit and learn the essentials of fundraising and building investor groups.
Day 2 –
Sourcing and Negotiating the Deal
Focus on
how to identify attractive industries and companies, design a sourcing
strategy, and engage with sellers. Participants will practice sourcing
strategies and negotiation tactics to understand how to secure a deal.
Day 3 – Due Diligence, Valuation and Closing
Walk through the acquisition process from diligence to valuation and
financing. Participants will learn to spot red flags, structure deals, and make
critical go/no-go decisions on potential acquisitions.
Day 4 –
Managing the Company & Exiting
Examine the CEO’s
journey from Day One to long-term growth and governance. The program concludes
with lessons on leading an acquired company, managing boards and
investors, and preparing for a successful exit
