Weißbier Analytics.

Learn how to make better decisions in situations of risk and uncertainty.  Especially in times like these, we need business leaders to make certain and right decisions.
Decision-making under uncertainty is an essential managerial skill. Often, we judge a decision by its immediate results, but we seldom question the decision process itself. The objective of this session is to introduce a practical framework to structure decisions in a way that accounts for the uncertainty that surrounds most business decisions. The goal is also to develop habits and intuitions that help improve the decision-making process.
