Snarky Puppy case: “Jazzing Up Your Team Boundaries: Leading Agile Teams”
Disruptions ranging from the pandemic to AI integration have highlighted the need to reconsider how organizations design work and make work inherently attractive and engaging. The increasing number of start-ups that have popped up across different sectors over recent years are actively experimenting with new forms of work and are slicing work in different ways than what we have been used to. In this session, Professor Sebastian Reiche will introduce a complex team from the creative arts sector as one example of such experimentation. Based on this example, we will discuss and reflect on how teams can be led in a more open and agile manner, and ultimately make work more meaningful for key talent.
