Snarky Puppy case: “Jazzing Up Your Team Boundaries: Leading Agile Teams”

The pandemic and AI integration have highlighted the need for organizations to rethink how they design work, making it more attractive and engaging. Start-ups across various sectors are experimenting with innovative work structures, and in this session, Professor Sebastian Reiche , will showcase a creative arts team as a case study of such experimentation. We will discuss and reflect on how teams can be led in a more open and agile way, and ultimately make work more meaningful for key talent.
