It managed an average of several daily campaigns, processing thousands of designs and photos. Despite increasing productivity and receiving praise for quality, the department faced significant challenges, including tight deadlines, high workloads, and frequent operational disruptions. Key issues included capacity constraints, organizational inefficiencies, and a work culture that emphasized flexibility but sometimes led to operational instability. Coordination across departments was critical, but delays and misalignments were common.
