Business mentor and entrepreneur in the executive education field, Susana Barros brings over 25 years of leadership experience in two major companies, Procter & Gamble and Sonae, in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Brand Management, and Internationalization.
In 2015, she discovered her passion for teaching and became a guest lecturer and mentor at Porto Business School, where she also completed her MBA. Since 2019, she has been fully dedicated to training and mentoring business owners and high-level executives, with the mission of developing more and better leaders in companies—leaders capable of growing both their people and their results.
