Raffaella Sadun is the Charles E. Wilson Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and Co-Chair of HBS’s Project on Managing the Future of Work, as well as co-PI of the Digital Reskilling Lab. She received her PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Her research focuses on the managerial and organizational drivers of productivity and growth in both corporations and the public sector. She co-founded major initiatives to measure management practices and managerial behavior, including the World Management Survey, the Executive Time Use Study, and MOPS-H, the first large-scale management survey in hospitals, conducted in partnership with the U.S. Census Bureau.
Sadun currently co-leads the Digital Reskilling Lab at HBS, studying the effectiveness of large-scale digital training investments, and serves as director of the NBER Working Group in Organizational Economics and faculty co-chair of the Harvard Project on the Workforce.
