Teddy Daka 

Teddy Daka is the CEO of Zutari after serving in its legacy firms, Africon and Aurecon. He has deep expertise in Zutari’s core services – energy, water, transport and the environment – acquired through his tenure as the previous global chairperson and a long-time owner of Auercon.

A recognized business leader and entrepreneur in South Africa, Daka has served on several major boards, state-sector task teams and committees, as well as a consultant and advisor to blue-chip companies and public-sector entities. 

His experience spans diverse industries including defense, mining, aviation, telecommunication, infrastructure engineering, railways, information technology, cybersecurity and management consulting, as well as private and state-owned firms in South Africa and globally.

    Lincoln Mali

Lincoln Mali is the CEO of Southern Africa for Lesaka Technologies Inc. and an experienced banker, business leader, speaker and author with over 25 years in the financial services industry.
 
He joined Lesaka (formally Net1 U.E.P.S. Technologies, Inc.) in 2021, following his role as head of Group Card and Payments at Standard Bank Group. 

In 2022, Mali authored Blazing a Trail: Lessons for African Leadership, dedicating its proceeds toward the Lincoln Mali Leadership Foundation, a not-for-profit focused on youth upliftment and leadership development.


Loueen Blunden 

Loueen Blunden (GEMBA’21) has 20-plus years of experience in the telecommunications and infrastructure industry in diverse project and operations management roles. 

She joined American Tower Corporation (ATC) in 2017 as COO South Africa, responsible for the firm’s national service delivery and operations. The company provides mobile broadband connectivity across South Africa for over 7,000 tenants. 

ATC is globally headquartered in Boston (USA), with operations in 25 countries and over 6,000 employees. Elsewhere on the African continent, it is also present in Burkina Faso, Ghana, Kenya, Niger, Nigeria and Uganda, delivering energy solutions via sustainable solar and lithium-ion battery technology.
