We are delighted to invite you to the first IESE UK Summit in London on September 25 & 26, 2026, a new annual gathering designed to bring together IESE alumni for learning, inspiration and meaningful connection.

Hosted at the NatWest Auditorium in the heart of the City of London, the Summit will feature IESE faculty, distinguished alumni and business leaders sharing insights on the challenges and opportunities shaping today's business landscape.

Throughout the afternoon of Friday, September 25, participants will enjoy a thought-provoking academic session with Prof. Sandra Sieber; entrepreneurial perspectives moderated by Jane Barrett, Head of Product at Reuters and delivered by Sam Glasswell (MBA-16), Jonathan Lakin (GEMBA-03), and Edward Orr (MBA-00); Eghosa Oriaikhi, who will share insights on leadership, innovation, and navigating change in a rapidly evolving business landscape; and opportunities to reconnect with classmates, friends and fellow alumni from across the UK and beyond.

The day will conclude with a networking cocktail, offering the perfect setting to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas and expand your professional network within one of IESE's most dynamic international communities.

On Saturday morning, participants will have the opportunity to continue the conversation enjoying one of the three exclusive social experiences: a private tour and brunch at The Queen's Tennis Club, a guided bike ride through Hyde Park, or a guided tour of the British Museum. Places for these activities are limited and require separate registration with independent fees. You can reserve your place here.

Spaces are limited, so early registration is strongly encouraged.

We look forward to seeing you in London.

Saturday, September 26th - Social Activities. Register here

3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Auditorium Natwest 250 Bishopsgate, London (EC2M 4AA)

Keynote with Prof. Sandra Sieber: Intelligent decisions, uncertain times: Can you trust AI to run your business?
AI is already making decisions inside organizations, raising a critical question for executives: Are you still making the big ones?
Prof. Sieber explores how AI is changing decision-making at every level of the organization. When a US provider can switch off Europe's access to a frontier AI model overnight, technology you don't control, becomes a leadership issue, not an IT one.

Panel discussion with Sam Glasswell (MBA-16), Jonathan Lakin (GEMBA-03), and Edward Orr (MBA-00), moderated by Jane Barrett, Head of Product at Reuters with great expertise in Strategy for AI adoption.
They will share candid lessons from scaling businesses, leading through uncertainty, and spotting opportunities in rapidly changing markets

Eghosa Oriaikhi, founder and CEO of Licena Group and former CEO for Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific at Puma Energy, will bring a global executive perspective on leading large-scale business transformation, navigating geopolitical and technological disruption, and driving innovation across emerging markets. Drawing on her experience in digital transformation and corporate strategy, she will share insights on leading organizations through change while creating long-term, sustainable value.

Additional speakers and program highlights will be announced shortly.

10.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.

    Option 1: Queen's Tennis Club - Visit & Brunch

Option 2: Cycle Tour Hyde Park. Start Waterloo Station
