On May 12, 2026, IESE will recognize 40 exceptional entrepreneurs and innovators under the age of 40 from across IESE’s global network of more than 60,000 alumni.

The 2026 edition will take place at IESE’s Barcelona campus, celebrating the achievements of these bold leaders who are transforming industries and creating lasting impact through entrepreneurship.

During the ceremony, an international jury will also select four special awardees in the following categories: Outstanding Female Entrepreneur, Most Innovative Entrepreneur, Entrepreneur with the Most Social Impact, and Entrepreneur with the Best Growth Track.
