Experience the IESE PMD Program at an Open Day on How Leaders Make Decisions. Making good decisions is key for managers. We often judge a decision by its immediate results, but rarely question the decision-making process itself.
Decision analysis is one of the most popular topics in our executive education programs. Join us on a challenging afternoon to learn from other executives and work with them on a real business case in order to improve your decision-making. You will have the chance to meet IESE Alumni and exchange views on how to develop your leadership capacity.

Why choose the PMD at IESE Munich?

The Program for Management Development at IESE Munich opens you up to new levels of understanding in business. Prepare to make the transition to senior leadership.
The PMD accelerates your acquisition of the tools, capabilities, broader vision, and mind-set to step up to senior leadership. It is a transformative experience built on open dialogue with peers and faculty, action-learning, and deep knowledge acquisition. Delivered over modules and combining classroom time with practical application, the program exposes you to the very latest in world-class business thinking and gives you the opportunity to reflect, act, and make an immediate impact.

So the question is, are you ready to step across?
