It is a pleasure to invite you to our IESE Alumni gathering in Geneva on 24 March 2026, generously hosted at HSBC Private Bank, Rue des Etuves 10–12.

This year’s topic could hardly be more timely: “Governance Wisdom in Uncertain Times.” In a world where volatility seems to be the only constant, wisdom — not just information — is becoming the most valuable leadership resource.

To explore this theme, we bring together two remarkable voices:

- Gabriel Castelló, Vice Chair HSBC Private Bank and IESE MBA-92
- Rosa García Pineiro, multi–supervisory board member (Volkswagen, La Caixa) and respected sustainability expert

Gabriel will interview Rosa about the realities of corporate governance today: balancing oversight and strategy, integrating sustainability into decision-making, handling geopolitical and financial uncertainty, and the subtle art of boardroom judgement.
