IESE Future Leaders in Sustainability Award
Sustainability — and with it, the long-term well-being of individuals, organizations, and society — lies at the heart of IESE’s mission. At IESE, sustainability spans the full spectrum of business activity: from how companies interact with the world around them to how they care for each of their employees. These values are deeply embedded in IESE’s mission of developing business leaders who aim to make a positive and lasting impact on people, business, and society.

The IESE Future Leaders in Sustainability Award recognizes aspiring MBA candidates who demonstrate a strong background and interest in sustainability and responsible business practices. The goal of this award is to support these candidates in deepening their expertise, expanding their network, and leading positive change in this field.  
Awardees will be invited to IESE's Barcelona campus for an exclusive 2-day event on February 24 & 25, 2026, including complimentary access to our flagship conference, Doing Good Doing Well (DGDW).

What will you receive?

• Complimentary ticket to the 23rd edition of Doing Good Doing Well conference on February 25, 2026
• Hotel accommodation reimbursement of up to 200 Euros if travelling from outside of Barcelona
• Flight reimbursement of up to 200 Euros if travelling from outside of Europe & UK
• Welcome and closing dinner with fellow awardees and current MBA students; Networking session with Director of IESE's Institute for Sustainability Leadership
• Eligibility for the MBA Leaders in Sustainability & Responsible Business Scholarship if admitted to the full-time MBA program*
  
  *Being selected for the Future Leaders in Sustainability Award does not guarantee that a candidate would be admitted to any of IESE’s programs. 

Who are we looking for? IESE will select a small number of candidates who have a proven commitment to sustainability and responsible business, are focused on developing their careers in this area and on making a positive impact in the world. We are looking for those who:

• Have 2-10 years of work experience
• Have demonstrated academic and professional excellence
• Are focused on developing their careers in sustainability
• Are committed to being actively involved in the IESE community in the future

IESE alumni and current students are not eligible but may nominate those who meet the criteria by sharing the link and emailing their recommendation to Camille Chow at CChow@iese.edu.

Please note that eligibility for this event requires that applicants are not currently enrolled in or committed to attending another business school. We kindly reserve the right to withdraw invitations should this condition not be met.

The application deadline is Wednesday, January 14 at 23:59 Central European Time. Awardees will be notified by January 21 and will have until February 4 to submit proof of travel purchase to confirm their participation in the Barcelona events.
