IESE Future Leaders in Sustainability Award
Sustainability, and thus the long-term well-being of individuals, organizations and society at large are at the core of IESE’s mission. Sustainability for IESE involves the full arc of business activity, from how companies treat the world around them, to how they treat each employee. Sustainable values are ingrained in IESE’s mission of educating and inspiring business leaders who want to have a positive and lasting impact on people, business and society. Are you an aspiring MBA student with a passion for sustainability and responsible business practices? We invite you to apply for our Future Leaders in Sustainability Award 2025. Awardees will get complimentary access to IESE’s flagship conference, Doing Good Doing Well (DGDW), at our Barcelona campus on March 11 & 12 2025 and a chance to further their knowledge on sustainability and responsible business.

This year's edition of DGDW with the theme, "The Last Sprint: Roadmap to 2030" will examine our progress on the different international goals such as the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris agreement and chart the course towards our sustainability goals across these critical areas - ⁠Industry Transformation & Leadership, Innovation for Environment and Biodiversity, Sustainable Finance & Impact Investing, ⁠Social Impact & Community.

  *Being selected for the Future Leaders in Sustainability Award does not guarantee that a candidate would be admitted to any of IESE’s programs. 

Who are we looking for? IESE will select a small number of candidates who have a proven commitment to sustainability and responsible business, are focused on developing their careers in this area and on making a positive impact in the world. We are looking for those who:

• Have 2-10 years of work experience
• Have demonstrated academic and professional excellence
• Have a proven commitment to sustainability
• Are committed to being actively involved in the IESE community in the future

IESE alumni and current students are not eligible but may nominate those who meet the criteria by sharing the link and emailing their recommendation to Camille Chow at CChow@iese.edu.

Please note that eligibility for this event requires that applicants are not currently enrolled in or committed to attending another business school. We kindly reserve the right to withdraw invitations should this condition not be met.

The application deadline has been extended to Monday, January 27 at 23:59 Central European Time. Awardees will be notified and will have until February 10 to submit proof of travel purchase to confirm their participation in the Barcelona events.
