Fostering Resilience and Well-being for you and your team

Needles to say the current context (pandemic, digital transformation, VUCA, etc.) often translate into physical, emotional and mental manifestations of stress with impact on health, work performance, business results and happiness. Therefore, resilience becomes an indispensable quality for sustaining executive performance at work and well-being in general.
In this session, Prof. Alberto Ribera will share some insights on this topic combining medicine and psychology with leadership and management research, and suggest some practical applications to improve work and lifestyle.

*This is a
free-of-charge event but seats are on a first-come, first-served basis. Connection details for Zoom will be provided to confirmed participants after registration.
