Leading Family Enterprises Across Generations

The second edition of the IESE MBA Family Business Club conference. Saturday 14 November 2026, Aula Magna, IESE Business School, Barcelona.

One room, one full day. Owners, the next generation and the advisers around them, on how ownership, leadership and family capital pass from one generation to the next without losing the business or the family along the way.

Keynotes, moderated conversations and panels. The threads: from ownership to stewardship, legacy transitions, good governance, from vision to value, the next generation in the chair, and tradition in the age of AI.

The first edition drew more than 250 attendees from over 60 nationalities, including visiting MBAs from INSEAD, HEC, Oxford, ESADE, London Business School and IE.
