The Family Business Conference is hosted by IESE Business School for leaders, members, and investors in the family business ecosystem to exchange perspectives, experiences, and best practices — paired with unique networking opportunities across generations and geographies. 

This year, the conference will explore the future of family business leadership and governance in an increasingly complex global environment. We will discuss how families are navigating succession, governance, and purpose-driven growth, while balancing long-term legacy with innovation. Additionally, we will examine the evolving role of family offices, philanthropy, and multi-generational impact. 

To kick off the experience, we invite you to join us on November 14th for a welcome cocktail at the IESE campus, followed by an optional networking dinner.

The conference will take place in person on the 15th of November 2025 in Barcelona, Spain, and will feature prominent family business leaders, investors, family office executives, and experts in governance and leadership. 

The Family Business Conference is organized by the Family Business Club, a professional student club at IESE Business School.
