Data and information are currently key drivers of firms' decision making and competitive advantage. While most large firms appear to actively take advantage of this realization, small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) are still lagging on the adoption of data-driven strategy planning and decision making.
In this session, we will look at recent IESE research on how access-to-market information provided to SMEs enabled them to drive revenue growth and untap new customer groups.
