Copenhagen has over the last years become a major hub for international companies, attracting a significant number of expat professionals. This means that many companies now have broader cultural diversity in their staffing, which poses new challenges in management and leadership roles.
For this event, we count with Minna Paunova (IESE PhD), who will deliver an interactive session on “Leading Cross-Cultural Diversity”. Minna has lived and worked in Copenhagen for the last 10 years as a consultant, coach, and academic.
The agenda will also include a short section with news from IESE Business School, and after the academic session there will be refreshments and an opportunity to network.
