Navigating the Complexity of Healthcare Innovation Ecosystem
Highly interactive, hands-on online sessions designed to help participants actively navigate and influence healthcare ecosystems.
Through two synchronous online sessions, learners work in teams to explore how health systems function, how value flows across actors, and how innovation is shaped by stakeholder incentives, power dynamics, and institutional constraints.
The sessions emphasizes experiential learning, enabling participants not only to understand ecosystem complexity, but to develop the collaborative skills and strategic mindset needed to drive healthcare innovation forward.
Learning Outcomes:
· Comprehend the complexity of health systems, and how different actions can help change the system
· Understand the need for systems stakeholders’ alignment for healthcare transformation
· Understand and experience the incentives, constraints, and perspectives of different actors in complex ecosystems
· Identify sources of power, resistance, and misalignment
· Use practical tools to design strategies for stakeholder alignment
