TEDxIESEBarcelona is an independent event organized by a group of highly motivated MBA students from the Business Communications Club at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. The conference, now in its 7th annual edition, has been curated to provide a platform for intellectually engaging discussions and debates on important and relevant topics. The students have brought together a diverse group of thought-leaders and attendees to engage in meaningful discourse, and we look forward to welcoming you to this flagship event.

This year’s theme, "Beyond Passion", emphasizes that achieving dreams requires more than just passion and drive—it demands a grounded understanding of reality and a practical, adaptable approach. While dreaming big and setting ambitious goals are vital, this theme explores balancing those aspirations with the realities of life. Through a series of engaging talks from a diverse selection of world-class speakers, TEDx IESE Barcelona 2025 encourages conversations about pursuing audacious objectives, being flexible in plans while remaining true to one's purpose, and balancing resilience with the wisdom to adapt or quit when necessary. What is TEDx? In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxIESEBarcelona where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxIESEBarcelona event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
