Speaker Marie Langer CEO EOS GmbH Electro Optical SystemsMarie Langer | Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

As the second founder generation Marie Langer took over as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EOS in October 2019 and is responsible for the strategic direction of EOS and its subsidiaries. Her key goals are digitization, industrialization and sustainability of 3D printing. This involves the integration of industrial 3D printing into the digital value chain of production and the further industrialization of the technology for series production. At the same time, Marie Langer is passionately driving forward a comprehensive corporate concept that combines innovation and sustainability with the goal of enabling a responsible manufacturing that offers customers competitive yet sustainable solutions, at the same time offering social and ecological benefits to the world.
Marie Langer has previously held various leadership positions at EOS, including management of the social venture program as well as corporate and business development for the broader EOS GROUP.
She is a qualified psychologist specialized on organizational and educational psychology, holds a degree in corporate leadership from the IESE Business School and before EOS founded ELEMENT A, an initiative to promote innovation in education..

Speaker Andra Rupietta Head of HR Operations / Schwarz Group
With extensive experience in different divisions within the Schwarz Group (Lidl, Kaufland), Andra Rupietta took over as Head of HR Operations in November 2022 with the aim of bringing the HR IT landscape to the next level. 

This new strategic role has been established to meet the challenges that the digital transformation brings to HR, joining forces throughout the company with all divisions and IT. The goal is to design the solution landscape of the future and establish a strategic portfolio management for all HR IT efforts, remaining lean and agile in times of increasing complexity and continuous growth.

In addition to both strategic and operational roles in HR and IT on national as well as international level, Andra Rupietta also brings experience in consulting to the table. She has profound Knowhow in process optimization, project management, HR and IT and spent 20 years of her career in the retail sector.

Andra Rupietta holds a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Karlsruhe and completed the PMD at IESE Business School in 2020. Being passionate about supporting women in different areas of life, she does voluntary work for ZONTA for more than 7 years..
